As Massachusetts Independent Nurses, we work every day to care for members of our community who needs skilled continuous care in their home. Our work allows people to live in their homes, with their family, and still get the care they need to live full lives. 

We come from all walks of life with one common goal: to provide the best care possible. As nurses become more central to the conversation of continuous care, we need a strong voice to advocate for ourselves and our patients. 

When nurses have the highest level of support, clarity regarding their work, and compensation that stays competitive in the market place, patient outcomes improve. We need the support of the Massachusetts Department of Health, MassHealth, and our agency partners to ensure that members of our community get the care they deserve.
